Booking conditions of La Cazarelle guest rooms

A stay in La Cazarelle is devoted to calm and rest.
For any booking request, a written confirmation of the acceptance of these booking conditions will be requested. Otherwise, payment of all or part of the reservation will constitute acceptance of these booking conditions.
The ID of each traveler will be requested upon arrival.
Terms of payment
La Cazarelle is not equipped with a credit card payment system and checks are not accepted. The preferred method of payment is bank transfer, and otherwise in cash. The balance of the stay must in any case be collected before handing over the keys.
In case of last minute reservation, payment is made on arrival by immediate transfer to the owner of La Cazarelle through your banking application on your smartphone, or in cash.
In case of reservation in advance, you are asked to pay 35% deposit by bank transfer, the balance being payable by bank transfert one week before the arrival, or on arrival as above.
For the gîte, a deposit of € 500 will be requested.
Arrivals are to be between 4 pm and 7 pm.
Breakfast is served between 7 am and 10 am at a time chosen together the day before, according to your needs and our constraints.
Your room must be vacated no later than 11 am.
For security reasons, La Cazarelle is not suitable for children under 12 years of age (presence of unsecured walls and unevenness, fish pond, swimming pool without a closed fence prohibiting access to the youngest).
La Cazarelle is non-smoking.
Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden, as well as in the garden due to the high risk of fire.
The use of the swimming pool is not a benefit of the guest room. However, if the access to the pool is granted by the owners, it is only for private use and at the latest until 7 pm, under reasonable and respectful use. Same thing for the garden, in which picnics are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
As a result, access will be refused to any person who will come with an animal, and the stay will be considered canceled from its fault.
If you cancel your stay before 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid at the time of booking can not be refund.
If you cancel your stay less than 30 days before the date of your arrival, or if you shorten your stay, you will remain liable for payment of the full price of the stay initially planned.
